We want you to be completely happy with every piece you buy from Sri Krish. If something is not right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email.
What You Can Return
- Items that arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description
- Unworn items with original tags and packaging intact
What You Cannot Return
- Worn, washed, or altered garments
- Custom-stitched or made-to-order pieces
- Items returned without prior confirmation
How to Request a Return
- Send us a WhatsApp message with your order number and photos of the issue
- We confirm the return and share the return address
- Ship the item back via a trackable courier
- Refund or replacement is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item
Cancellations: orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund. Once a parcel has left our store, please use the return process above.
